- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and considering insurance for the package.
- Any return shipping fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
5.Restocking Fee:
- All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%, unless stated otherwise.
- This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned items.
6.Canceling or Modifying Before an Order has Shipped:
- You may cancel or modify your order anytime prior to shipment.
- However, if the order has already been processed a 5% merchant fee will be charged if you choose to cancel and paid using PayPal or a credit card.
7.Damage and Issue:
- Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt.
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of the delivery).
- We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution to ensure your satisfaction.
- If the product is installed, it is considered accepted as is, and we will not be able to offer a return, exchange, or refund.
8.Exclusions
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return unless there are defects or damages.
