International Shipping:

We proudly ship select products worldwide and have customers all around the globe.

For some oversized items, additional shipping charges may be required for international shipments and non lower 48 USA states & territories (Hawaii, PR, Guam etc..) If you are shipping internationally or outside of the lower 48 USA states please contact us directly.

We stand by every product in the SEG store. Therefore, our products are delivered with 1-year warranty.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at stanceessentialgroup@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless stated otherwise. 

International/Overseas Refunds

Customers outside of the lower 48 United States are subject to all return/exchange shipping and handling fees. International/Overseas orders may not be eligible for refunds due to increased international shipping fees.
